Serena brings a unique blend of hospitality, administrative and people-focused experience to her role as Bloom’s Clinic Manager. With a background in hotel management and corporate operations, she believes in the value of customer service, clear communication and attention to detail. As a mother of two, she understands the challenges families face and tries to bring empathy and discretion to every interaction.
In recent years, she transitioned to the allied healthcare sector where she managed the daily operations of a busy psychology and therapy practice, helping both clients and clinicians feel supported, organised and at ease. At Bloom, Serena plays a vital role in assisting parents with enquiries and scheduling, helping the psychologists with case management and client-centered service as well as ensuring the overall smooth running of the office. Outside of work, she enjoys musical theatre and is a fan of the burgeoning arts scene in Singapore. Serena speaks English, Thai and basic Mandarin.
